Family Medicine Physician
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 Pay Rate: $139.68 - $151.20

This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

* Schedule: Monday - Friday 8a-5p. One hour unpaid lunch

* Patients per day: 20

* Practice Setting: Primary Care Clinic

* Scope: Outpatient

* State Licensure: South Carolina state medical license, Board Certified, Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and Controlled Substance Registration (CSR).
